OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS, ISSUES REVISED LIST

(Delayed for technical reasons.)

NEW YORK, 5 September (Department of Political Affairs) -- On 4 September 2002, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1343 (2001) concerning Liberia approved the removal of the following three individuals from the list of persons affected by the measures contained in paragraph 7 of the resolution:

Mr. Ernest Eastman

Mr. Lawrence Morgan

Mr. Robert B. Woodson

The revised list is reproduced in full below.  The latest version of the list can also be accessed on the internet at the following URL: http://www.un.org/Docs/sc/committees/Liberia2/1343_list.htm

The Committee will continue to update the list on a regular basis.

The names of those persons removed from the list by the Committee can be found in the Annex at the end of the revised list.
