His Honour Judge Jeffrey Hamilton Rucker is 65. He was called to the Bar in 1967. He was appointed as a Deputy Circuit Judge in 1981, a Recorder in 1986, a Circuit Judge on the Western Circuit in 1988 and as a Legal Member on the Restricted Patients Panel in 1995.
