PUBLIC INQUIRY TO BE HELD INTO PLANS FOR A614 BOTHAMSALL

CROSSROADS IMPROVEMENT

A public inquiry is to be held into the Highways Agency''s plans to build a new roundabout on the A614 near Bothamsall.

It will be held in the Normanton Suite at the Clumber Park Hotel, Clumber Park, near Worksop, Nottinghamshire on Tuesday 8 October at 10am.

The inquiry will be conducted by an independent inspector from the Planning Inspectorate, Mr D Sleath, following objections raised regarding the lighting provision in this scheme.

Copies of the draft Orders and plans referred to in them have been deposited, and may be seen at all reasonable hours free of charge at: Newark & Sherwood District Council, Kelham Hall, Newark, Nottinghamshire; Nottinghamshire County Council, Trent Bridge House, Fox Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham; the offices of the Highways Agency, Information Point, Room AG16B, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London; 5 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham and Ollerton Post Office, Market Square, Ollerton, Nottinghamshire.
