Change of Her Majesty's Ambassador to the State of Qatar

Mr John Hawkins has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the State of Qatar in succession to Mr Simon Collis who has transferred to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Hawkins will take up his appointment during August 2008.
